We sell fleeces especially selected for handspinners. Many of our sheep wear covers most of the time to assure absolutely clean wool. Our fleeces have been sold to customers in nearly every state and Canada.

  Because our fleece inventory changes rapidly it is very difficult to keep an updated list on the website. Please contact us for a list of our current fleeces stating the types of fleeces you are interested in.

We now have Icelandic Cloud available. Cloud is produced by washing and picking the Icelandic fleece. It is extremely light and airy and a breeze to spin. Very popular Available in 3 natural colors: white, grey, and moorit (brown) $12 per package of 8 oz.

  In addition we have Natural Colored and White Roving availabe at $12 per 8oz. ball. 

  Our pelts are processed from the butcher lambs that we raise.  The pelts are sort of irregularly shaped due to the shape of the lambs.  There are little identification holes put in the pelt by the tanner.  They are about the size of a paper punch hole.  They are not a problem and not noticed from the fleece side.  The pelts are washable. Pelt prices vary, but are usually in the $90 to $125 range.  We recently received several pelts from Sterns Tanning.  We have waited a long time as they suffered a fire and then a move.  But we now have a nice assortment of colored pelts that we will have at The Fiber Event in Greencastle, IN in April.
